Our Transition Services are built around our proven methodology and are designed to assist the customer in planning their migration and even vendor evaluation and selection. Our transition services includes the following phases and deliverables:
Current State Assessment (CSA)
Captures the as-is state of affairs within clients landscape by conducting workshops with representative IT and business groups.
Future State Model (FSM)
Identifies the distinct capabilities raised by the groups during the CSA and maps them to the technology platform.
Technology Assessment
If applicable, will include the evaluation, assessment, and selection of a platform or component including Demo and SOW Support.
Roadmap
Outlines future phase recommendations, and will include typical projects, resource plan, timelines, and budgetary figures to facilitate the delivery of the solution to Production.
Each engagement is tailored to the specific client needs in terms of deliverables and including Technology and Vendor Assessments. The objective is to provide a clear set of deliverables that present the core functional and technical requirements of a desired future state, a roadmap to achieve the future state, and technology and vendor assessment if applicable.
